Do you have any idea why our immune systems are so vitally important? Are you familiar with immune system stress syndrome. Far too many people don't fully grasp don't fully grasp the importance of their immune system. I believe that's why there are so many immune problems in children.

You should also avoid smoking and excessive drinking. Both of which have a negative effect on human immune systems.
